The Website section lets you set up your event website used by attendees to manage their events.

Website

Website URL

The website URL lets you change the link for your event website. This is automatically created for you based on the name of your school, but you can change it to something shorter if you wish.

danger

Changing the website URL will stop your old website URL from working immediately, including any links already being used by attendees. We recommend only changing your website URL when first setting up your account and before starting any events.

Branding

You can configure the background color and text colour used for the main header of your event website. Attendees will see these colors when viewing an event, within any event-related emails sent to staff and attendees, and staff will see them in any event reports.

We recommend using a darker background color and a lighter text color for better contrast.

You can also upload a logo to also be shown to attendees. These can either be JPG or PNG, and we recommend using a square image with a transparent background.

Social Media

You can configure a range of social media links to appear on your website, such as your school's Facebook or Instagram account.

A custom link can also be configured, such as a link to your schools website. These are shown at the bottom of your event website.
