Reports
The Reports section allows you to quickly generate and download information about your event in either CSV or PDF format, such as:
- lists of bookings, attendees, and staff.
- flyers with instructions on how to sign up for the event.
- name tags for attendees and staff.
- signs for each staff member or meeting room.
Reports utilize the colors of your school and organisation as set within the Website section of your account.
Downloading a report
- Go to the Events section and select on the Reports tab.
- Find the report you need and select your preferred format (CSV or PDF).
Reports may differ depending on the type of the event.
Report formats
When generating a report, you can choose the format that works best for you:
- CSV (Comma-Separated Values)
- Ideal for working with your data in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) or importing into other systems.
- PDF (Portable Document Format)
- Perfect for sharing or printing. PDFs are formatted for easy reading and can be used as handouts, checklists, or name tags.
Multi-file reports
Some reports contain multiple files, such as staff timetables or event attachments uploaded by attendees. These reports take a little more time to process, so you'll be sent an email when it's ready.
Using the download link in the notification email, you'll be taken to Schoolea to sign in and download an encrypted ZIP file containing the reports. To open the ZIP file, you'll need the password provided in the notification email.
Tips
- If you need to analyze or sort data, use CSV.
- If you need a printable and ready-to-use version, use PDF.
- Reports reflect the most up-to-date event information available, and you can download reports as often as you need.
- The attendee and staff name tag reports have been designed to be cut out and fit in most pin-and-clip or lanyard name tag holders.
Sample reports
All Bookings
This report contains the information of each booking made for the event, including attendee information.

Staff Nametags
This report contains a list of all feedback responses that have been submitted by attendees.
This report will only be shown if the event has a Feedback form set up.

Meeting Room Signs
This report contains one page per meeting room in an event, and uses the colors set up in the Website section of the Settings page. Each sign contains the names of every staff member assigned to that room.
These signs can be used for parent-teacher conferencing events to help attendees find the correct place to go to.

Staff Nametags
This report produces a nametag that you can print and cut out, and uses the colors set up in the Website section of the Settings page.

Staff Signs
This report contains one page for each staff member added to an event, and uses the colors set up in the Website section of the Settings page. Each sign contains the subjects or classroom that have been added to the staff member.
These signs can be used for parent-teacher conferencing events to help attendees find the correct place to go to.

Tour Route
For tour events, this report contains the tour route for the event, including travel time between stations and staff at each station.
The Tour Guide Schedules report can be used to provide each tour guide with their own custom tour route, which includes the anticipated time for each station based on what booking slots they've been assigned to.
