Resetting a password

Staff can reset their password from the sign-in page by clicking the Forgot Your Password link. We'll send an email to the email address entered with further instructions if an account exists.

If the email hasn't been received within 5 minutes, confirm that the email hasn't been filed into a Junk or Spam folder. If after multiple attempts no email has been received, please contact our support team and we'll verify if the email has been sent or not.

Administrator reset

An Administrator can also send a password reset email to a staff member. The staff member can then use the reset link in the email to choose a new password.

  1. In the Staff section, click on the staff member who needs a password reset
  2. Click Reset Password in the side menu.
  3. Confirm the password reset.

The current password used by the staff member remains valid until they've completed the password reset process.
